Well Grounded is looking for a Partnerships Co-ordinator to work within our partnerships function, working closely with our trainees and Graduates to link them to new and fulfilling roles in the specialty coffee industry. This role will nurture our employer networks and help build our brand presence as we grow in London and nationally. Applicants may come from business development, recruitment, partnerships or sales within the hospitality/retail/FMCG sector, ideally within a coffee business. Working alongside our Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing our employer network, ensuring our Graduates have great organisations to work with, and are connected to sustainable and fulfilling jobs.
This is an exciting role for someone looking for ownership in a partnerships role, working for an agile, socially-motivated organisation.
