Established in 2018, Rosslyn is a collection of award-winning, high-volume speciality coffee shops located within the City of London. Working at Rosslyn

We can provide a flexible schedule. Shifts are planned across 06.00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday and 8:30 – 17:00 Saturdays. Our idea of providing a work-life balance means ensuring evenings off, a 40hr work week and shifts under 10hrs.

Your core responsabilites will include
  • Working closely with the COO & Operations Manager to support the upholding of standards across the Rosslyn estate
  • Be a point of contact for the shop managers, providing service to them by strengthening the support functions that form part of their success
  • Interact and collaborate with contractors relating to daily operations, escalating issues in a timely and efficient way. This includes suppliers, maintenance (such as equipment services and handyman tasks), shop cleaners, compliance and IT
  • Provide ‘helpdesk’ service and coordinate the troubleshooting of issues. This includes reactive and planned preventative maintenance.
  • Support the new openings programme through set up stages, owning the opening tracker and pre-opening checklist (ordering & transfers)
  • Co-ordinate operational projects such as events (CAFQ), price rises, and new product launches
  • Assist the development of retail sales and e-commerce by ensuring Rosslyn has the correct supply and demand

This is a salaried role paying £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)
