Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee shop, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. - Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and making recommendations. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the counter, equipment, and seating areas. - Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment and tools, ensuring proper function and cleanliness. - Assist with inventory management, including stock ordering and product rotation. - Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment. - Stay updated on coffee trends, menu offerings, and promotional events.
Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques and coffee origins. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
