As a growing company, we are on the lookout for an ambitious, motivated individual to support our wholesale operations and play an integral role in ensuring the best possible experience for our partners.
As our Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Proactive partner visits, ensuring the best possible support and high customer retention
- Contributing to our growth targets by identifying new opportunities
- Maintaining key information about our wholesale partners in our CRM
- Delivering high quality coffee training in both our dedicated roastery tasting room and on site with our partners
- Attending and exhibiting at all major UK trade shows
- Hosting coffee events across the UK
- Assisting with local deliveries and supporting the wider team where necessary
This is a full time role with working hours of 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday.
Your time will be split between partner visits, working at our Manchester roastery, and working from home. The ideal candidate would be based in Manchester.
Requirements:
- A passion for hospitality and supporting those in our industry
- Strong working experience in speciality coffee and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry
- Account management experience
- Barista training experience
- Basic equipment maintenance experience
- Sales experience (preferable but not required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team
- Highly motivated, hard-working and professional
- Focused and accountable for achieving and maintaining high standards
- Full, clean, UK driver’s licence
- Evidence of the right to work in the UK
