We have a dream job for you Leadenhall Market, in the heart of the City of London EC3 Two Eyes has been open for 6 months and is open Monday-Thursday and we have two baristas one opening/once closing - overlapping during the busy middle of the day each job is approx around 20-24 hrs a week ………………………………………………………………………………………………………….
We are looking for exceptional baristas who love to talk to people and who want to brew the perfect coffee, as well as develop new drinks
We serve City workers, but our front door is also the front door to the Leaky Cauldron in the first Harry Potter film, so we have created a series of special potions for the many Harry Potter fans who visit the area daily
Mon-Fri only, so the weekends and evenings are yours. We’re primarily take-away, so the service paramount. If you know Rosslyn coffee, then we are even better!! The role can be part or full time
Two Eyes Coffee House was opened in April this year, and is serving the best coffee with the best service, using the best equipment (Victoria Arduino 3 group Maverick, two VA MYG85 grinders for our house blends, a Mahlkoning EK Omnia (the latest upgrade to the EK43) for the specials, individually ground for our discerning customers.
The post is part time, and it will be an added bonus if you know other baristas to work with us in the future The job will include some management functions such as ordering, Health and Safety paperwork etc, but is primarily barista work
