Job Title: Sales Representative - Roasted Coffee

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to the growth of our roasted coffee division. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This position offers the opportunity to work with a premium coffee brand and engage with a diverse range of clients. Cafes, Restaurants, Bakeries, Offices, and Hotels. We pride ourselves on having fewer, but deeper, wholesale relationships. This is a customer facing role. Also, the right candidates will frequently perform cold calls to potential corporate customers.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities for business development. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify potential clients and market segments, creating plans to penetrate new markets.

Product Knowledge:

Acquire in-depth knowledge of our roasted coffee products, including flavor profiles, origins, and brewing methods. Articulate product features and benefits to clients, providing them with a personalized and memorable experience.

Order Management:

Process client orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate shipments and resolve any delivery issues.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide regular feedback to the marketing team to assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the coffee industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge and passion for specialty coffee. Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
